Bauenort has partnered with the land owner to manage all aspects of the development, including design & planning approval, sales, marketing, construction and lot settlements. A significant element of the masterplan required the re-alignment and design of several Melbourne Water assets, and involvement in a Consortium of neighbouring Developers to deliver around $50million of community infrastructure.

Upon completion, FindonView will comprise 75 residential lots including 10 town homes, the delivery of a landscaped creek corridor and a sedimentation pond capturing regional outfall drainage. Construction of the $23million project commenced in July 2022 and is anticipated to be completed in 2024.
