Bauenort provided Development Management Support to Folkestone (the Developer) at The Terraces Clifton Hill. Support services included management of all Customer Relations, handover, defecting, settlements and post completion matters. This $50million development consisted of 42 townhouses and 45 apartments and was completed in 2012.
