Bauenort redeveloped a traditional ‘beach shack’ in the coastal township of Shoreham on the Mornington Peninsula. The project included full overhaul of the first floor of the building (including the creation of large external decks), in addition to the construction of a full level of accommodation beneath. Bauenort led the consultant and construction team throughout the project, ensuring the project was delivered on time and budgets.
