Bauenort was appointed as the Development Manager to manage the balance of the masterplanned residential estate within the Sandhurst Golf Estate. The scope incorporated overseeing all aspects of the project including reviewing design aspects within the overall project masterplan, approvals, sales, marketing, construction, finance and lot settlements.

A significant component of the engagement was the Village Precinct, a $24m development of the prized land surrounding the Clubhouse, including 80 residential lots, child care centre site, 3 tennis courts, large recreation park, piazza area adjoining the Clubhouse and extensive visitor car parking.

Bauenort also drove operations across the transition process as the Sandhurst Estate evolved from a developer-led project to a residential community managing its own assets. This exercise took place over a 3-year period.
