Working as the National Manager – Product Innovation, Megan created a re-development strategy for the 70+ Retirement Villages in Australia and New Zealand, using the DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) approach, Cross Laminated Timber construction and an innovative decanting and asset buyback strategy. The 20% increase in the underlaying value of the New Zealand portfolio assets and re-development strategy enabled a market record sale of the villages. The increase in the asset value of the Australia portfolio enabled a 28% increase in value and a market record sale of the 25% of the portfolio.
