The Burnside Cove Development is a 350acre site situated in the Grand Bahamas consisting of two Amanresort Hotels, Exclusive Villas, resort infrastructure and marina. Stephen Wolf acted as Chairman of the Development Company, and provided Development Management advice to an Associate company, Raven Group PLC, on all aspects of the project to determine highest and best use before submitting planning documents.
