Bauenort were engaged by one of the Joint Venture shareholders to provide Development Management advice and represent their interests to actively fulfil their joint venture obligations. In addition, Bauenort managed the sales and marketing of a number of final allotments. The project, completed in 2016, consisted of the redevelopment of an 18 to a 9hole golf course, open parkland, walking & cycling tracks, and a residential master planned community.
