The Evans Court Estate is a $45million luxurious enclave of 6 high-end homes within the heart of Toorak. The project involved the design, approval, renovation and sale of each home and their respective grounds. Completed in 2020, one of the homes has been retained as the shareholders personal residence. Bauenort were engaged to provide Development Management advice, act as Project Manager and Superintendent across all aspects of the development.
