Bauenort redeveloped a luxury home in the bayside town of Elwood. The project required a careful approach with the consultant team prior to obtaining planning approval from the City of Port Phillip. In addition to leading the consultant team throughout the detailed design phase, our involvement included procurement and management of the construction contractor throughout the 14 month construction program.Extensive landscaping works, including the construction of a swimming pool, fencing and soft landscaping areas, were included as part of the scope.
