Bauenort secured a development parcel within the Pakenham East Growth Area to develop a residential estate and worked with all key stakeholders over a number of years on multiple PSP processes, culminating in a Ministerial approval in 2020.

In 2022 Bauenort finalised negotiations for the sale of the property to a 3rd party developer, crystallising a significant windfall for the land owner.
