Alfredton Grove is now a breathtaking community with an enviable address, strategically located in the rapidly growing western Ballarat suburb of Alfredton. Bauenort completed the 10 stage project (277 lots) between 2019 and 2021. The $54m premium project, comprises lots ranging in size from 312 to 700sqm, and was completed in late 2021.
A 1Ha central recreational park was delivered prior to the first residents moving into the estate, and includes state of the art fitness equipment, basketball half-court, children’s play equipment and expansive areas of open space.
