Role: Advice and Due Dilligence work on the original investment recommendation. Ongoing management for the duration of the investment.

Investment Type: First Mortgage Loan Facility

End value: $23m

Project Specifics: 49 residential apartment development and three ground floor retail shops with a net realisable value in excess of $20m.

Outcome: Completed 2014

Role: Advice and Due Dilligence work on the original investment recommendation.

Investment Type: Mezzanine Finance

End value: $48.3m

Project Specifics: 83 residential apartments, four retail/office tenancies and three levels of basement car parking.

Outcome: Completed 2015
