Role: Bauenort was engaged to not only provide Development Management in the final stages of the estate, but to also manage the transition process as the Sandhurst Estate evolved from a developer-led project to a residential community with a Club member based board. This exercise took place over a three year period with Board representation over the following three years.
End value: ~ $400 million.
Outcome: Transition completed 2014.
SANCTUARY LAKES | POINT COOK
Role: Development Management advice – Bauenort was engaged by one of the shareholders to represent their interests and actively fulfill their joint venture obligations. The project consisted of a 60ha lake, 18 hole golf course and academy, Health Club including gymnasium, swimming pool, spa & sauna, multipurpose courts, Clubhouse and café.
End value: ~ $300 million.

GEELONG GOLF COURSE RESIDENTIAL ESTATE |
Role: Development Management advice – Bauenort was engaged by one of the shareholders to represent their interests and actively fulfil their joint venture obligations. The project consisted of a 9 hole golf course, open parkland, walking & cycling tracks, proposed central core.
Outcome: Completed 2016.
Role: Bauenort was engaged to Consult on various project delivery, sales and marketing strategies in response to changing market conditions of a 900 lots, 18 hole golf course.
End Value: ~ $150 million
EVANS ESTATE | TOORAK
Role: Bauenort is engaged by the shareholders to act as Project Manager and Superintendent across all aspects of the development. This project consists of the renovation of 5 luxury homes within the estate, one of which is a heritage listed property, and two of which will be retained as the shareholders personal properties.
End value: $45million
NICHOLSON ST | FOOTSCRAY
Role: Development Management advice – initial feasibility and overall development advice for a proposed 190 apartments and associated retails space.
End value: ~ $80 million

THE TERRACES | CLIFTON HILL
Role: Development Management Support – Bauenort was engaged by Folkestone (the Developer) at The Terraces Clifton Hill which consisted of 42 townhouses and 45 apartments.to handle settlements and post completion matters.

HAVEN | ABBOTSFORD
Role: Development Management advice – Bauenort provided advice to Hamton on various aspects of the 3 apartment buildings and associated mixed use project.

STONNINGTON | MALVERN
Role: Development Management advice – Stonnington was a master planned exclusive housing precinct located in the beautifully landscaped grounds of the gracious, historic Stonnington Mansion, which was once the state governor’s residence.

TAC | DHS VICTORIA
Role: Development Management advice – Bauenort (in conjunction with M21) represented the TAC to formulate a Request for Tender for property accommodation for TAC requirements.
OOH| DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING
Role: Development Management advice -Bauenort (in conjunction with M21) prepared development feasibilities and provided development opportunity advice on 50+ “C grade” properties in the DHS portfolio.

MONASH UNIVERSITY | CAULFIELD
Role: Development Management advice – Bauenort (in conjunction with M21) represented Monash University’s
interests in master planning the redevelopment of a mixture of student accommodation, office and faculty accommodation, and 5000sqm of retail.

THE MAISONETTES | FALLS CREEK
Role: Bauenort was engaged by the owners of a luxury ski lodge to refurbish the premises. The project included renegotiating and extending the lease with the Falls Creek Resort Management Board, obtaining planning approval from the DPCD and ensuring the end result would stand up to the exacting standard of all 8 owners in addition to the harsh alpine conditions. Throughout the 3 year, $4.5m project, Bauenort maintained a low risk exposure to the owners, whilst ensuring expectations around quality, program and budget were met.

Role: Development Management advice and Chairman of the Development Company – The Burnside Cove Development is a 350acre site situated in the Grand Bahamas consisting two Amanresort Hotels, Exclusive Villas, resort infrastructure and
marina. Bauenort provided Development Management advice to an Associate company, Raven Group PLC, on all aspects of the project to determine highest and best use before submitting planning documents.

Role: Development Management – Bauenort’s advice was sought by the site’s owner to explore various delivery alternatives in response to changing market conditions and debt availability.

Role: Development Advice – Bauenort was engaged by the sites owner to explore various development alternatives for a strategic development site adjacent Adelaide’s premium waterfront harbour sea port.
Role: Development Advice – Bauenort’s advice was sought by the site’s owner to explore various delivery alternatives in response to changing market conditions and debt availability.

YARRA ST | HEIDELBERG
Role: Development Advice – Bauenort advised the site’s owner on design and joint venture options, in addition to development alternatives and delivery timing within this growing apartment location.
Role: Bauenort were engaged to provide management consulting advice in relation to staff remuneration and incentive schemes in addition to facilitating vision workshop exercises.
