Bauenort is a a privately owned, multi-disciplined property development business that has been operating in Melbourne since 2007. All key strategic project inputs are developed in-house, whilst capturing market-leading design capabilities through specialist consultants that share our values and focus to achieve project outcomes.

The collective and diverse experience within Bauenort spans over 50 years delivering successful outcomes on more than $5billion worth of property. The business is well placed to guide you through the various stages of the property development and investment life–cycle whilst still providing hands-on, highly personalised attention.

Stephen Wolf

Director

Stephen founded Bauenort in 2007, having spent more than 25 years in executive and senior management roles with major Australian listed property companies. He has worked for organisations including Hudson Conway, Mirvac and R.Corp and has been involved in the delivery of a range of landmark master planned projects from concept to completion. Stephen’s background is in accounting, finance and property development.

Stephen holds an MBA, a Bachelor degree in Business (Accounting) and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment. He is also a registered Charted Accountant and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Stephen’s expertise covers a broad range of skills and extends to deal structuring, financing, and the provision of strategic advice on major property deals as well as general management consulting advice across various industries and clients.

Anton Pound

Director

Anton joined Bauenort in 2011 with a broad background in property development, valuation and transactions. He holds a Bachelor degree in Property and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance and Investment. Anton is also a licensed Estate Agent and Qualified Valuer.

Over the past 25 years Anton has held senior roles for several publicly listed organisations including Stockland and Mirvac and has worked on major portfolios and projects across various development sectors including land subdivisions, high-density mixed-use and retirement living.

Anton’s expertise is in the development of acquisition and delivery strategies for projects of any scale, identifying the appropriate product mix to meet the specific demands of the market. He focusses on maximising investor return, whilst ensuring high quality standards for the end customer are met.

Megan Boazman

Director (NSW)

Megan has more than 20 years’ experience in the property development, design and the construction industries. In 2019, Megan joined Bauenort to extend our collective expertise in property development into NSW.

Megan has held executive leadership roles for publicly listed organisations including Stockland, Mirvac and Lendlease and has worked on and lead development teams across a range of sectors including tertiary and public school education, hotels, land subdivisions, commercial office, industrial, residential and retirement living.

Megan has a passion for construction and product innovation, advanced manufacturing and has an expertise in Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA). Megan brings a commitment to and expertise in managing complex developments to deliver commercially viable, market-leading creative solutions.

Megan holds a Bachelor degree in Built Environment, Graduate Diplomas in Applied Finance and Urban Design and a Vincent Fairfax Fellowship Scholarship in Business Ethics.

The professionalism and land subdivision knowledge of the Bauenort team has enabled us as a collective interactive group to efficiently and effectively produce a high quality product for the Ballarat market.
